Andrei Soroker serves as the director of product strategy of Sameroom at 8x8. Andrei joined 8x8 in January 2017 through the acquisition of Sameroom, a team chat interoperability startup that he co-founded and served as CEO. Prior to Sameroom, Andrei founded Kato.im and formerly worked at connect.me, Rdio and Mindjet Corporation. Andrei graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2003.

In industry, she has worked as Infrastructure Solutions Architect with Authentica, TCS, and EMC over a period of 12 years and has gained experience in development of enterprise storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions for large scale data center deployments. During this period, she has written several white papers, solution guides, and validation reports. Anoop Nair

Anoop Nair is the Director of Smart Software Solutions at Flex in the Innovation and New Ventures Group.He has over 15 years of software leadership and development experience in major R&D organizations and several startups, including Flex, Intel, Blackberry and Lucent. Prior to Flex, he was the software engineering manager at an IOT startup where he led efforts to build an IOT gateway to deliver ISP managed services to the home. He has spoken at or submitted papers for several developer conferences, most recently he spoke at the Machine Learning DevCon 2017 on usage of machine learning algorithms for energy monitoring. Arun Rajasekaran

As Director of DSP Engineering for Plantronics, Arun Rajasekaran provides strategic guidance and leads internal and external teams working on embedded software (firmware, DSP, and IoT) development.
